They love this stuff!
12-15 cups unsalted popcorn, popped
2 cups packed brown sugar
1 cup butter
1/2 cup light corn syrup
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
Heat oven to 200. Divide popcorn between 2 un-greased 9x13 pans.
Cook brown sugar, butter, corn syrup, and salt in saucepan over medium heat, stirring occasionally, till bubbly around edges. Continue cooking 5 minutes; remove from heat. Stir in baking soda till foamy.
Pour sugar mixture over popcorn; toss till evenly coated.
Bake 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes. Cool completely. Store tightly covered.
